LMS ADMINISTRATOR and INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGNER
“Tech-savvy and collaborative instructional designer”

We are hiring for a role based in the Eastern Time Zone (ET). Candidates must be able to work and interview during ET business hours (8 AM–4:30 PM ET).

Collaborate with an advisory group, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to develop on-demand learning experiences on technology applications. Plan, develop, and maintain training programs across career pathways covering professional development, safety, and arboricultural skills. Share responsibility for administering and troubleshooting the company’s learning management system (LMS).

• $78,000 - $85,000 per year based on experience

1. Analyze audience needs
2. Collaborate with an advisory group, stakeholders and subject matter experts to plan on-demand trainings
3. Design and develop engaging, informative, and visually compelling online learning objects and courses which include text, motion graphics, interactions, and simulations
4. Share responsibility for managing LMS operations and troubleshooting learner issues
5. Contribute to decision-making on appropriate learning objects and delivery platforms
6. Update learning items as needed

Education and Experience

1. Bachelor's degree (required); degree in Media, Education, Communications or a related field is preferred
2. 5+ years’ instructional design experience with proficiency in Articulate Rise and Storyline course authoring tools (required)
3. 2+ years’ experience with Adobe graphic, video-editing, and screencasting tools (required)
4. 2+ years’ experience LMS administration experience (required)
5. Linked work sample/profile (required)
6. Experience using Microsoft SharePoint and Power BI is preferred
