Bartlett Tree Experts is seeking an experienced Arborist Crew Leader to join our team. In this position, you will play an integral role in supervising and managing tree care crews on commercial properties while performing all aspects of tree care services.

• Safely performing and supervising all aspects of arboriculture, including:
  
  • Pruning
  • Cabling and bracing
  • Rigging
  • Removals
  • Properly maintaining and operating equipment (hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, and aerial lifts)

• Communicate, answer questions, and interact with commercial clients to help ensure job satisfaction

• Perform administrative functions pertaining to crew management

• Review the scope of work and conduct job site safety briefings with crew members before beginning each work assignment

• Understand and instruct crew members on proper job site security procedures

• Ensure that each crew member is trained appropriately for each designated job assignment

• Ensure that all tree care work is performed in accordance with industry and company standards

• At least three (3) years of tree climbing (DdRT or SRT) and bucket operation experience

• Valid Class B CDL and clean motor vehicle record

• Strong organization, time management, and communication skills

• Proven initiative, positive attitude, team-oriented, and self-motivated
